K2 develops, designs and manufactures solutions. This includes handling systems, manufacturing applications, test benches (EOL), pressure differential test benches, manufacturing cells as well as special machinery. We optimize manufacturing processes in shaping technology and machining technology.

Latest technologies
Components and materials we use are mainly obtained from European suppliers or international corporations, among them Keyence, Siemens, Festo, SMC, Ipf-electronic, Yaskawa, Rittal and Sick. Our machines usually work with programmable logic controllers (PLC) PC based controllers can be used as well if required. We are paying great attention to fast and reliable availability and the quality of the components.

Documentation
We create CE-labelling and declarations of conformity with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for all of our products. Our services include comprehensive documentation of the machine with drawings, operating instructions, maintenance schedules, circuit diagrams, spare and ware parts lists in German and English or in the local language.
Besides Bleistahl our customers also include companies from automotive, process technology and Food industries.
